Strength & Conditioning

OUR MOST POPULAR CLASS​

  • Small group training typically 6-12 people classes.

  • 60 min classes including a warm up, strength or skill piece and metabolic conditioning.

  • Smart structured program with consistent variation.

Our classic, all-level class with a goal to develop every element of fitness - from balance and agility to strength and endurance.

Olympic Lifting

IMPROVE STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVENESS & COORDINATION

  • Beginners welcome, no experience necessary! 

  • Small group training typically 4-8 people classes.

  • 90 min classes including a warm up and strength work.

  • Structured programming with built in progressions and variations.

This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination with snatch, clean & jerk and other related lifts. Improve explosiveness, power and a better baseline for your Olympic lifts. 

Exercising with Baby

Oh Baby!

MOM AND BABY BOOTCAMP

  • Small group training typically 4-6 mammas.

  • 45 min classes including a warm up, strength & core work and conditioning. 

  • Mamma's are required to be cleared for physical activity by their physician. 

  • Oh Baby! allows Mom to get in a great workout and attend to her babies needs at any time. Connect with other Moms in the community while providing a great example for your little one.

Yoga Class
