This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination with snatch, clean & jerk and other related lifts. Improve explosiveness, power and a better baseline for your Olympic lifts.

Oh Baby!
MOM AND BABY BOOTCAMP

Small group training typically 4-6 mammas.

45 min classes including a warm up, strength & core work and conditioning.

Mamma's are required to be cleared for physical activity by their physician.

Oh Baby! allows Mom to get in a great workout and attend to her babies needs at any time. Connect with other Moms in the community while providing a great example for your little one.
