  • 60-Minute Session

  • Education on the basics of nutrition

    • macro and micronutrients

    • proper portion sizing and daily consumption targets

    • reading nutrition labels

  • Review of current eating habits

    • identify any areas of concern or deficiencies and plan small steps to making changes

  • Take-home materials including recipes, grocery lists and sample meal templates

Clients are required to keep a 3-day food diary prior to their consult.

  • May include weighing/tracking food​

  • Weekly email check-ins with your coach to hold you accountable

  • 24/7 access to your coach via email

  • Monthly in-person check-ins to measure progress and make changes as needed
