1-on-1 Training

JUST YOU, YOUR COACH AND YOUR GOALS

  • One-one sessions offered in 30 & 60 minute packages

  • Initial consultation, movement & fitness assessment and measurements

  • Customized program designed specifically for your body, goals and schedule

  • Meet with your coach 1-4 times per week and complete the remainder of your programmed workouts during your own time 

  • Constant progressions and adjustments based on recurring assessments and progresS

  • 5, 10 and 20 session packages - must be used at a rate of at least 1/week

  • 2x, 3x & 4x per week monthly packages also available

Small Group Training

TRAIN HARDER WITH OTHERS

  • 60 minute sessions in groups of 2-6 individuals

  • Program based off collective goals and needs of the group

  • Meet with your coach 1-3 times per week and complete the remainder of your programmed during your own time 

  • Constant progressions and adjustments based on recurring assessments and progress

  • 5, 10 and 20 session packages - must be used at a rate of at least 1/week

  • 2x and 3x per week monthly packages also available

I started working with Sean because I was looking to regain my strength after a back injury. Sean built a program for me geared towards recovery and building muscle. In my time with Candace, I have greatly improved in so many ways!  My confidence is growing as I feel stronger, and more flexible & mobile.  I've also managed to trim off some inches while learning not to fixate on the number on my scale.


Candace is a great trainer because she can push me past my comfort zone - all while making sure I am doing so safely (i.e.. keeping proper form so as to not injure myself).  She is very positive, encouraging me when I think I can't and celebrating my achievements with me.

I started working with Sean because I was concerned about my ability to stay healthy as I aged. I lacked confidence in my skills in the gym, so I avoided weightlifting for the past couple of years. I wanted to improve my skills to feel comfortable going to the gym and knowing what to do and how to use the equipment.

I sought out Sean specifically because of his swimming background (lifeguard), as I am an avid swimmer and thought this could improve my skills in the pool. I enjoyed my time with Sean in the gym and valued the ~20 months I worked with him. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to adapt when I needed modifications. This was my first time working with a trainer, so I was unsure of what to expect. During my time with Sean, I learned a lot about weightlifting skills, but more importantly, I reconnected with my confidence in my body.

I now have a solid foundation in weightlifting from my time with Sean. Thank you so much, Sean.
